At HP, we are dedicated to helping individuals reach their peak physical potential and overcome obstacles through a healthy and balanced personalized weight training system, that includes overlapping mobility, flexibility, and conditioning programs. Our mission is to empower our clients to push past their limits and achieve optimal performance, whether they are professional athletes, fitness enthusiasts, or individuals recovering from injury.

With over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, working with multiple clients from  those seeking fitness to professional athletes; from 6 years old to 80, it doesn’t matter everyone will find themselves struggling at some point with what to do, what to eat, staying consistent, and how to find the time to achieve the body, the fitness, and the health they want.

How We Help

Our Core offer comes in the form of Small Group Personal Training. Small group training it is best if you want the individual attention at a fraction of the cost, with the added benefits of training around like minded, supportive people all while having your own plan mapped out for you. For this, all you need to do is show up and train. If you feel you need a little more personal attention, then there is our 1 on 1 Coaching option. It comes with the same custom programing as our Small Group Personal Training. This is best if you’re an older athlete just starting out, coming back from an injury or just feel you need the highest level of personal attention offered. Keep in mind, space is limited. Last but not least. Our Online Personal Training program is built for those who need a remote program with a personal touch. Again, the program is custom designed with the athlete's needs and comes with online and text support every step of the way.
