In 2011, I embraced the role of an entrepreneur and opened H.U.R.T. Health & Fitness, Inc., which has now transformed into Hurt Performance, Inc. My personalized program designs are specifically tailored to improve health, fitness, and human performance. No matter the sport, whether you are a Professional Strongman, an 11-year-old girl who plays contact football, or a 50-year-old busy Mom of three, everyone needs to train and work like an athlete because the biggest game you are playing is LIFE.

My program Resilience is designed to balance out your deficiencies, accelerate your health and fitness, and capitalize on your strengths. I make it a point to study each athlete (again everyone is an athlete in the game of LIFE) and design the best plan of action for that individual's goals, instead of regurgitating "other people's science" by prescribing generic, fad-driven programs that mislead instead of benefit.
