What to expect
Each weeknight you will receive a text message from Account – A – Coach. All you need to do is answer as honestly as you can. On a scale of 1 – 5. I want you to take this into consideration. People don’t just go to Everest and climb to the top. They first must reach Base Camp, then climb to 4 more camps before surging to the summit. This takes roughly 2 months to accomplish, and this doesn’t include all the training and preparation that goes into making the climb. So, what I am saying is look at your Health & Fitness journey like you’re climbing Everest. If you have no experience, plan, or guide your most likely going to die. If you get to camp 2 and don’t let your body acclimate to the altitude you’re most likely going to fail, get sick and or die. How does this fit into your Health and Fitness Plan? Easy. Account – A – Coach is like your Sherpa guide. We will help you stay the course, give you tips and advice on how to execute, but like climbing Everest you will need to do the work, and it will take time, so really when answering the questions if you had 2 Hersey kisses at lunch and you send back that you were a 5 when it came to Nutrition, well you’re most likely going to fail…. If you try and rush your Health & Fitness cheating the system with some fad starvation plan or rely on stimulants 24/7 to make it through you work out, or to stay awake, or to fall asleep because you’re not doing the work you need to be successful then your chance of success is low.. So, again as truthful as you can answer and don’t worry, we all have days that we are a one, but choosing to stay there is all YOU…
