I can’t say enough about Ben and HURT Performance. There can be lots of intimidation when joining a new gym. HURT isn’t just a gym tho, it’s a fully hands on strength training facility. Ben’s there every step of the way developing a strength training program to meet your individual needs and then making sure you have the right form and pushing you to do your best.
